Statement of Gender Pay Gap for the year ended 30 June, 2025

For the year ended June 30, 2025, the Company reported a Mean Gender Pay Gap of 22.2% and a Median Gender Pay Gap of 22.2%.
We acknowledge the need for continued progress and remain committed to reducing these gaps by enabling equal opportunities for growth and leadership. Additionally, the Company has Protection Against Harassment Policy in line with the prevailing laws and regulations, strengthening safeguards against discrimination and harassment, and reinforcing a safe and respectful work environment.
